Their services include asset finance, vehicle and fleet finance, refinance, commercial loans and invoice finance.
Challenge
Opentrust Finance came to us as a startup business with a budget to work from and a deadline to meet ahead of launch. They needed a brand creating from scratch that would help them enter the market with confidence and credibility from day one.
It was important that the new identity reflected who they are as a business and what makes them different. The brand needed to feel professional, authentic and trustworthy, while capturing their clear, straight talking and relationship led approach.
Solution
To uncover the brand’s DNA, we started with an initial brand discovery meeting with the partners, asking a series of challenging questions to shape the foundations of the business. We then delivered a brand workshop to really get under the skin of Opentrust Finance, helping define their purpose, values and personality.
Following the workshop, we produced a storyboard of ideas exploring logo concepts, font and colour directions, social media visuals, strapline suggestions, tone of voice, writing style and pillar messaging guides. We also created supporting visuals for photography style, business cards and email signatures, giving the business a clear and consistent identity across every touchpoint.
The final brand was built around the qualities that now come through strongly across the business: open, honest, expert and authentic.
Results
The result was a very happy client and a new identity that felt completely right for them, reflecting their brand personality in a way that was both authentic and professional.
Alongside the new visual identity, we delivered a brand new website supported by authentic in house photography and a set of brand identity guidelines to help maintain consistency as the business grows. The finished brand now gives Opentrust Finance a strong platform to launch and communicate with confidence as a trusted finance partner.
